As a UX Digital Designer at Aon, I work across a wide range of digital projects focused on improving user experiences, strengthening brand consistency, and creating engaging content across multiple channels. My work combines user-centered design, visual storytelling, analytics, motion design, and scalable content creation to support both internal teams and external clients. Most projects begin in RoboHead, Aon’s project management platform, where stakeholders submit requests. From there, I review the project requirements, business objectives, target audience, timelines, and brand expectations before defining the most effective design approach. Depending on the project, I collaborate with marketing, communications, content, and development teams to ensure every deliverable aligns with user needs and business goals.

Many digital projects require transforming complex business information into clear, accessible, and engaging experiences. Stakeholders often need support turning briefs, content, data, and campaign goals into user-friendly digital solutions that are consistent with Aon’s brand and easy for audiences to navigate. The challenge is to balance business objectives with user needs, ensuring each experience is visually consistent, easy to understand, accessible, and effective across different formats such as websites, landing pages, social media assets, infographics, motion graphics, and internal templates.

My process starts by reviewing the brief, understanding the audience, and identifying the main communication goals. I then explore the best structure, content hierarchy, and visual direction for each deliverable, making sure the solution is practical, brand-aligned, and easy to use.
For UX projects, I create wireframes and user journeys in Figma, translating business requirements into intuitive user flows. This includes low-fidelity concepts, content organization, layout exploration, and iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
For digital content and campaign materials, I design social media assets, LinkedIn titles, motion graphics, infographics, Adobe Express templates, and documentation sheets. Each asset is created to support clear communication, visual consistency, accessibility, and efficient collaboration across teams.
During the discovery phase, I analyze project requirements, existing content, user behavior, engagement metrics, and navigation patterns to identify opportunities for improvement. This helps me understand what users need, where content can be simplified, and how the digital experience can become more intuitive.
For UX reports and website analysis, I review performance data and content structure to provide actionable recommendations. These insights help stakeholders make informed decisions about page layouts, user flows, content hierarchy, accessibility, and future digital enhancements.

The solutions I create are designed to make complex information easier to understand and more engaging for users. Through wireframes, UX reports, social media content, motion graphics, infographics, templates, and digital documentation, I help transform ideas and business requirements into clear, user-centered experiences. Using Aon’s design system and brand guidelines, I ensure that every deliverable feels consistent, professional, and aligned with the wider digital ecosystem. My work supports responsive layouts, accessibility, visual clarity, and scalable workflows, helping teams produce high-quality content more efficiently. Examples of this work include UX wireframes for websites and landing pages, visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, animated content for digital communications, custom Adobe Express templates for internal teams, infographics for website experiences, and standardized documentation to support global digital communication governance.

This work has allowed me to contribute to digital experiences that are user-focused, visually engaging, accessible, and strategically aligned with business objectives. By combining UX thinking, design systems, storytelling, analytics, and collaboration, I help create solutions that improve clarity, support stakeholder goals, and deliver meaningful value across digital touchpoints.
Overall, my role at Aon reflects a balance between creativity, structure, and strategy. Whether designing wireframes, producing motion content, creating infographics, building templates, or developing UX reports, my focus is always on making digital experiences clearer, more consistent, and more effective for the people who use them.
